Buyer data protection
Your customers' data is handled with care
We only use Amazon buyer information to ship the order it belongs to — and then we delete it.
- Buyer personal information is permanently deleted within 30 days of order delivery.
- Encrypted at rest with AES-256 (AWS KMS) and in transit with TLS 1.2 or above.
- Access limited to named, UK-based staff with multi-factor authentication.
- Never used for marketing, never sold, never shared beyond what delivery requires.

A UK fulfilment business since 2013
1stsend is operated by Ecommerce Transhipment Solution Ltd from our warehouse in Manchester. We have been storing, picking, packing and shipping e-commerce orders for UK sellers since 2013, and our warehouse and client portal run on software built and maintained by our own team.
Pricing
Simple per-order pricing
From £1.75 per order with no monthly subscription. Most orders cost between £1.75 and £3.00, including postage. Prices exclude VAT.
