Amazon Integration
1stsend connects to Amazon through the Amazon Selling Partner API using the Direct-to-Consumer Shipping role: we generate shipping labels and ship Amazon orders directly to customers.
How the integration works
- You authorise usFrom Amazon Seller Central you grant 1stsend access to your Amazon UK seller account.
- We import ordersUsing the Selling Partner API we retrieve orders that are awaiting shipment.
- We label and shipWe purchase the shipping label through the Amazon Shipping API, then pick, pack and hand the parcel to the selected delivery carrier.
- We confirm to AmazonThe tracking number and shipment confirmation are sent back to Amazon.
You stay in control: you can revoke 1stsend's access at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services › Manage Your Apps. When access is revoked we stop retrieving your data, and buyer personal information we hold is deleted within 30 days.
What data we access and why
We only access the data needed to ship your Amazon orders. Buyer personal information is permanently deleted within 30 days of order delivery.

What we do not do
- We never contact your buyers or use their data for marketing.
- We never sell, rent or licence Amazon data to anyone.
- We never keep buyer personal information for more than 30 days after delivery.
- We never use Amazon data for analytics, profiling or model training.
- We never combine one seller's Amazon data with another's.

Who is behind 1stsend
1stsend is operated by Ecommerce Transhipment Solution Ltd, which runs our Manchester warehouse. The 1stsend platform and its Amazon Selling Partner API integration are developed and operated by Britannica Creations Limited, the registered Amazon developer for 1stsend. Both companies are based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Security summary
- Hosted on Amazon Web Services; encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
- Least-privilege access for named, UK-based staff, with multi-factor authentication and audit logging.
- Buyer personal information is never written to application logs.
